" A QUESTION EMPOWERS: " Every time you ask a question, you empower. Every time you come to a decision, a judgment, a computation, or a conclusion you are coming to the narrowest version of awareness you can possibly have."
- Gary Douglas
What is Access Bars®?
Access Bars is an energetic body process involving gentle touching of 32 points on your head.
How does it work?
These points (aka The Bars) store the electromagnetic component of all the thoughts, stress and locked up energy in your mind and body.
They relate to all areas of your life such as creativity, awareness, body, sexuality, joy, sadness, money, control, and many more.
When these points are lightly held, your body begins to relax and let go of the things that have been keeping you stuck.
How Access Bars® can help?
Having your Bars run can have so many profound effects, including (but not limited to):
Reduced stress and worry
Reduced mind chatter
Elimination of aches, pains and stiffness in the body
Elimination of insomnia
Getting out of depression
Helps with Autism, ADD & ADHD
Increased peace and harmony
This is an incredibly nurturing and relaxing process, undoing limitations in the aspects of your life that are needed. The purpose of a Bars session is to clear those points and to invite the experience of receiving change.
The session is given with the recipient remaining clothed on a therapy couch. A session
typically lasts for approximately 1 hour and you don't need to do or think about anything.
The whole session will be focused on your head with the practitioner lightly touching
During the session you can talk to the practitioner or just float off in a world of your own.
There are no known contra-indications for Access Bars ®. However certain precautions may have to be taken in consideration and discussed during the consultation such as epilepsy and individuals with heart pacemakers. The practitioner will advise you if this is right for you. More clinical evidence research practice is needed with people with epilepsy.
How many sessions do I need?
The number of sessions will depend of your needs and persisting issues you need to shift. For long standing issues, a series of sessions may be beneficial, otherwise a single session may be enough.
