CORONAVIRUS AND YOUR SAFETY

- Read the new procedure for having a face to face session:

Before a treatment

  • Enquiry for the Covid-19 Screening Form. You will receive this by e-mail.

  • Pre-book your treatment in advance and fill the Consent form. This will be sent to you by e-mail. The form should be sent back to me at the earliest convenience to proceed with discussion of needs, health history and any further information related to the therapy you would like to receive. This discussion can be done via Skype, Zoom or by telephone.

  • If you have symptoms (or have been in contact with anyone who has symptoms) please don’t come to the session, check out my cancellation policy if you become unwell.

  • You can pre-book your treatment by bank transfer or by paying (contactless) for your treatment on the day we meet using your debit or credit card only.

What to bring with you

  • A mask - please wear a face covering when coming into the practice.

  • A water bottle filled with water.

  • Layers / warm clothing – to provide ventilation in the therapy room I will have the windows open, bring an extra layer for a snuggly treatment.  This only applies to energy healing treatments only.

Arrival

  • Arrive no more than 10 mins before your session and wait outside or in the designated waiting areas in a socially distanced queue.

  • You will be asked to scan the QR code when you arrive, using the NHS COVID-19 app. This is to help trace and stop the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19).

  • Please wear a mask everywhere in the practice apart from on the couch.

  • I will greet you on arrival and proceed straight away with the session. If you have any enquiries or questions it might be better to contact me rather than ask me on the day of your treatment. You can also give me a call following treatment to discuss any after care.

  • There is hand sanitiser available for you to use when you enter the building or if you prefer you can wash your hands for more than 20 seconds.

  • Leave your shoes by the front door and bring your belongings with you.

  • Remember to turn your phone fully off!

During the session

  • If you need to go to the toilet, please put your mask on.

  • Windows will be open during the session to provide ventilation.

After the session

  • Leave the therapy room as soon as you feel fully back so that I can air and clean the room between sessions.

  • Wear a face covering once you have got up from the couch.

  • Wash your hands for more than 20 seconds.

  • Call me after 24 hrs with any questions you have.

- Read the new procedure for preparing your pet for a session:

Before a treatment

  • Ask your vet to consent the treatment by asking them to send me an e-mail agreeing to the treatment including any notes or comments that they may think will be beneficial to know for your pets treatment. Please ask them to include their full name, name of the practice, address and their contact details.

  • Enquiry for the Covid-19 Screening Form. You will receive this by e-mail.

  • Pre-book your pet's treatment in advance and fill the Consent form. This will be sent to you by e-mail. The form should be sent back to me at the earliest convenience to proceed with a discussion of your pet's needs, health history and any further information related to the therapy your pet is going to receive. This discussion can be done via Skype, Zoom or by telephone.

  • If you have symptoms (or have been in contact with anyone who has symptoms) please don’t allow me to do this session, instead, check out my cancellation policy if you become unwell.

  • You can pre-book your treatment by bank transfer or by paying (contactless) for your treatment on the day we meet using your debit or credit card only.

On arrival

  • I will arrive no more than 10 mins before your pet's session, wearing PPE and observing social distancing between you all members of the household.

  • Please wear a mask.

  • I will greet you on arrival and you will be asked to scan the QR code, using the NHS COVID-19 app. This is to help trace and stop the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19). I proceed straight away with the session. If you have any enquiries or questions it will be better to contact me afterwards rather than ask me on the day of your pet's treatment at least if it is absolutely necessary to do so on the day of your pet's treatment. You can also give me a call following treatment to discuss any after care.

  • I will wear globes and also carry my own hand sanitizer.

  • I will leave my shoes by the front door and bring any equipment with me.

  • Your pet should be ready to welcome me and receive the treatment. Ideally the treatment should happen in the garden/open space but if this not possible, a well ventilated room will be acceptable. Sometimes depending of the relationship with your pet, they need to have the session with the owners. this is ok as long the owner wears a face mask and has washed their hands before sitting with their pets for the treatment.

During the session

  • If your pet becomes agitated, I will need to reassure your pet. Sometimes the owner may have to be called in to give the pet that extra comfort and sense of security they will need. If you have to come into the room, please put your mask on and make sure your hands have been washed.

  • Windows will need to be open during the session to provide ventilation if practiced indoors.

After the session

  • I will leave the room as soon after checking that your pet is fine upon completing the session. I will have my own disposable bag for any PPE used.

  • Call me after 24 hrs with any questions you have.
